Join us for Open gym at the Beulah Brinton Community Center tonight from 8-10pm! You can come pay your dues and watch, or you can join us and play! The Brinton Center charges $1.50/hour if you decide to play. This is a great opportunity brush up on your skills, meet others in MGVA, and pay your dues for the season!

Milwaukee Gay Volleyball Association (MGVA) will start league play on Sunday, November 1, 2009! We will be playing on Sunday nights from 5:45-8:15pm at the Beulah Brinton Community Center located at 2555 S. Bay St. in Bay View. The league is open to everyone and every skill level whether lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgendered, or a straight ally!
Registration fees are $30 for general members and $20 for students with a valid student ID.

We’ve begun planning for the FIRST season of the Milwaukee Gay Volleyball League! Details are still a bit fuzzy, but we hope to begin playing by November 1st, 2009. We’re hoping to play at the Brinton Community Center in Bayview. It’s only a 5 minute drive from Walker’s Point and is near the 15 bus route. In the current stages of planning it looks like the league will play Sunday evenings, but it’s not set in stone. We are looking for potential players, team sponsors, as well as board members, so please let us know if you’re interested!
