Our 2013 Spring Season is a 10-week season that begins Sunday, February 10. Registration will remain open until midnight on Friday, February 1. Please note — if you do not click the SUBMIT button at the bottom of the form, we will not receive it.

This season we are requesting existing teams pay as a team. The team fee is $200, which is slightly reduced and means that dues for most MGVA participants will be lower than in previous seasons. The team fee should be made in one check (made payable to MGVA) or in cash at one of the registration events listed below. Keep in mind that ALL your teammates must still register using the registration link. If your teammates do not register using the link, we reserve the right to place as many individuals on your team to make a complete team.
Remaining payment options (Payment is DUE by February 1) include:
- Pay in person Thursday, January 31, from 6 to 8pm at D.I.X.
- Mail payment to: MGVA, P.O. Box 817, Milwaukee, WI 53207.
- If none of these options work, please contact a board member to make other arrangements.
Keep in mind — during our indoor seasons we have limited space. Team spots will be filled on a first paid and registered basis.
